Lara Jonasdottir is a qualified Medical Herbalist who offers herbal consultations in Galway alongside Dr. Clare. She also offers Herbal Medicine appointments and Massage Therapy in Headford, Co. Galway.

Qualifications: Lara first became interested in herbs for their medicinal effects during her floristry training in the Agricultural College in Iceland. This led her to move to London to obtain a BSc in Herbal Medicine from the University of Westminster. Since graduating from University of Westminster, Lara has undertaken further herbal medicine studies including a 2 year Herbal Medicine training programme provided by David Winston, a leading Herbalist based in the US as well as an ‘Herbal Medicine for Women’ course provided by Dr. Aviva Romm. Lara furthermore holds post graduate diploma in Clinical Education as well as having massage therapy and reflexology qualifications.

Dr. Advait Sharma – Ayurveda Physician, MD (Human Physiology), MSc Clinical Research (University of Galway, Ireland – Ongoing)

Dr. Advait Sharma is an Ayurveda physician and researcher with over five years of clinical experience. He is associated with Complementary Medical Association and Herbal Alliance.

From April 2024 to March 2025, he served as a Visiting Consultant in the Holistic Medicine Department at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi.
